Planning within our Town is a major consideration for the Council. The Council is consulted by Lancaster City Council on the Local Plan and on relevant planning applications and Councillors will consider and comment on these as elected representatives.
Aside from the Council’s role in planning, any individual has the right to comment on applications. Through this website, the Town Council will seek to keep the local community informed of new applications and emerging planning issues.
