Chairman's Coffee Mornings (Update)

Morecambe Town Council will be looking at the possibility of arranging Ward coffee mornings during the Autum / Winter months to give members of the public an opportunity to discuss ward issues with respective ward councillors.

The coffee mornings will be informal sessions with no agenda and they will not be minuted. Notes will be taken in order for comments to be passed to either the Full Council, committee or sub committee, or to the relevant local authority, ie. Lancaster City Council /Lancashire County Council or local police force.
